About Me

Dr Dominic Lee

  • MBBS (Honours), University of Melbourne
  • FRACS (Urology)
  • 27+ published urological scientific studies

Dr Dominic Lee is an Australian-educated and trained Urologist who completed his surgical training on the NSW Urological Training Program.  After completing surgical training and achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), he headed abroad to undertake four (4) post-FRACS sub-specialised surgical training Fellowships at some of the World’s leading urological training institutions in the USA and UK.

Dr Lee is one of only a few surgeons in Australia who holds sub-specialised training in both minimally invasive (“key hole”) laparoscopic and robotic uno-oncology (cancer) surgery, as well as reconstructive female urological surgery (vaginal prolapse, pelvic floor) allowing him to treat the full spectrum of female urological conditions rather than need to refer-on to a urogynaecologist. He also performs complex reconstructive men’s surgery, such as penile straightening and lengthening surgery and prosthesis / implant surgery.

Dr Lee has a special interest in voiding dysfunction, uro-gynaecology, male and female urinary incontinence and endo-urology.  He runs a full urodynamic testing service for patients.

Dr Lee works in both the public and private hospital system in Sydney, giving you the option of where you would like your surgery performed. He has a significant interest in academic medicine and research, with multiple publications in the field of urology and approaches to urological cancer surgery as listed below.
